Abstract
In this paper, the author tries to explore the (non)existence of the theoretical, practical and practical concept of healthy democracy from as many perspectives as possible. Through several chapters, the author, starting from the initial presentations on different democratic systems, established how healthy democracy can best be positioned as an epiphenomenon of deliberative democratic order. Accordingly, key authors who have already made their contributions by writing on this topic were selected, among whom Ned Crosby stood out the most with his idea, which through a publication in 2003 and later the founding of an organization grew into something that can be called the Agenda of Healthy Democracy. Analyzing everything that was said, the author in his concluding discussion, recapitulating everything that was relevant to the subject, left the question open - is healthy democracy just a very well-conceived political-theoretical thread or does it have real possibilities of becoming a fully realized embroidery within the framework of which people can freely exist and act, satisfied with their own tangible political-healthy life product?
