Abstract

It is in man's nature to seek perfection without even being aware of what it is. Since time immemorial, man has changed and improved his environment. The degree of development that civilization has reached is a product of man's need for perfection. However, no one has yet answered with certainty the question of what an ideal state is and whether it is possible. By analyzing what we already know about the state, the current situation in the world, and even thinking about the population that makes up the state, I will try to answer this question
