Dear readers,
In front of us is the third issue of the popular science magazine A PRIORI, published by the Association for the Promotion of Culture and Thinking Sofia. There are many novelties in this issue, to the great joy and satisfaction of all of us, and we will start first with a new member of the Scientific-Editorial Board of the journal. After PhD Igor Cvejić, a researcher from the Institute of Philosophy and Social Thought of the University of Belgrade and a member of EDUlab, the scientific board of the journal was joined by Assoc. Prof. Dr Una Popović, from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad, Study Program of Philosophy, also vice president of the Aesthetic Society of Serbia, which gave A PRIORI a reputation and importance among authors and colleagues in scientific circles. After the enriched Impressum, in the scientific part of the journal we have representative works of authors of different philosophical orientations, both from BiH and the region, and we have strengthened the category of peer-reviewed works. Namely, in this issue, the author Andrija Jurić, a doctoral student at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad, sent us an original scientific paper written in English. Since A PRIORI pleads to function at the international level, such works represent the realization of our aspirations towards high-quality scientific writing. The literary part of the magazine edited by the editor Marko Bačanović MA reaches its zenith in this issue. The editor of the art part of the magazine brings us not only poetry and prose, but also literary translations, essays, reviews, as well as a category intended for high school authors, which is a great pleasure for us. In addition to young writers, we should mention that in this issue we publish awarded works by authors who won valuable prizes in the Competition for the best philosophical essay in 2021, on the occasion of the International Philosophy Day, and we hope that this trend of writing among young people will continue. The rest of the third issue brings the usual categories such as translations, reviews, essays and reports, and there is a new section Comment in which we will read a columnist review of student Arman Šetić. We thank the Scientific Committee, reviewers, colleagues, teachers and parents who responded to our inquiries, and the Ministry of Education and Culture of Republika Srpska, which once again enabled us to make the call for papers available in all high schools in Republika Srpska. We would like to thank the authors most of all, who responded to our invitation to submit papers. Dear authors, by submitting your texts you have made A PRIORI material worth reading and thinking.
Thank you.
